集归变归相、采集于一体的新型实用性智能仪器,结合智能集中器设备,通过后台主站系统能够一目了然地查看整个低压台区的485电能表、载波电能表的"归变归相"信息,从而提高电网用户数据的准确性、及时性和有效性。
The smart devices with return change and return phase, integrated with smart concentrators, could monitor the 485 power meter and earrier electrical energy meter return change and return phase information, which improved the accuracy, timelessness and effieieney.
