摘要
淮安清江石油化工有限责任公司用于回收烟机出口再生烟气余热的锅炉原设计为0.3 Mt/a催化装置配套的,装置扩容为0.5 Mt/a后,余热锅炉载荷偏小,排烟温度高,导致装置能耗增加,经济效益下降。经对蒸发器、省煤器、激波吹灰器等实施一系列改造后,余热锅炉排烟温度从改造前358℃降至180℃,经济效益显著。
The paper introduced that energy consumption was increased and economic prof-its was decreased because of low load and high exhaust gas temperature of the waste heat boiler used to recover regenerated smoke from flue gas turbine in Huai′an Qingjiang Petrochemical Limited Company.After a series of reformations on evaporator , fuel economizer and shock blo-wer, exhaust gas temperature of the waste heat boiler was decreased from 358℃to 180℃, and obvious economic profits was obtained.
