摘要
介绍了一种可以实现5.2m大采高的短壁"割内放外"采煤工艺,阐述了和该工艺配套的电牵引采煤机的结构和功能。与传统大采高采煤工艺和装备比较,该研究成果具有低能耗、高块率、高效率的优势。旨在解决现有中小型矿井厚煤层、煤柱及边角煤等开采缺乏有效综采设备难题,为我国煤炭工业的可持续发展提供技术和装备支持。
This paper showed a short-wall mining technique which could mining 5. 2m coal-seam by mining inside and caving outside. Structure and functions of electric traction coal cutter matched with this technique were introduced. Compared with traditional large mining height technique and equipment,the new-style coal cutter and technique had advantage of low energy cost,high block ratio and high efficiency. It is aimed at solving difficult full-mechanized mining problem in mining thick coal-seam,coal-pillar and boundary coal for medium and small mines and providing technical and equipment supporting for coal industry sustainable development of China.
