摘要
公益组织作为社会组织的一种类型,发挥着传递慈善之利的功能,这种功能的发挥条件是非常值得探讨的问题。晋江市慈善总会自2002年成立以来,做强了慈善品牌,提升了慈善工作的影响力,发挥了慈善的积极作用;做大了慈善基金,提高了慈善项目的救助能力,最大限度地配合了晋江市委、市政府的相关救助工作,促进了社会和谐。
As a type of social organization, the charitable organization takes the function of passing benefits ofcharity to those in need. The conditions under which this function works are well worth discussing. From the per-spectives of social construction theory and the organization of sociology, this essay discusses the conditions of chari-table organizations to implement charity. This research will give some practical advices on the operation of charita-ble organizations, and have theory meaning in the field of social construction and organization of sociology.
