摘要
本文阐述了当前全国渔业工作的重点是 :宣传贯彻新的《渔业法》 ,以此带动全面工作 ;采取有效措施 ,增加渔(农)民收入 ;建立健全新的渔业管理制度 ,加强渔业资源和环境保护力度 ;加强渔业基础性工作 ,增强管理的科学性、前瞻性。
The key points in present fisheries work are:propagandizing and carrying out the new edited‘Fisheries Law’so that all the aspects of the fisheries work can be promoted;adopting effective method to increase the income of fishermen;establishing and improving a brand new fisheries management system and strengthening the conservation of fisheries resource and the protection of fisheries environment;strengthening fisheries basic work and heightening the scientific level and perspective level in management.
