摘要
目的:获得大肠癌colo205细胞株不同细胞群差异基因表达信息,为后续研究提供遗传学依据。方法:提取colo205细胞及其来源的CD133+、CD133-总RNA,进行表达谱测序,利用生物信息学软件分析测序结果。结果:得到124个差异表达基因,共涉及32个代谢途径。结论:Colo205细胞来源不同类群细胞间存在大量差异基因,可为大肠癌研究提供表观遗传学依据。
Objective To obtain differential expression genes from coloreetal cancer cells derived from colo205 for further research. Methods RNA from colo205 cells,CD133+ cells and CD133- ceils were sequenced and analyzed by bioinformaties software. Results One hundred and twenty four differential expression genes were obtained, which involves 32 metabolic pathways. Conclusions Large quantities of differential genes can be found among different groups of cells derived from colo205 cells, which can provide epigenetic evidence for colorectal cancer research.
