摘要
主要研究汽车散热盖模具样件的三维数据测量、点云数据处理、曲线曲面模型的重构、模具三维实体化实现方法等。点云数据预处理主要研究点云数据的对齐与重定位、数据的精简与降噪等。针对逆向工程关键核心技术如拟合曲面的质量分析、曲面片的修剪和编辑等进行了深入研究,最终针对模具不同特征区域点云的特点,结合两种建模思想,面向散热盖模具的点云数据完成了曲面模型重建,为最终实现模具三维实体逆向建模和模具磨破损区域的三维精确建模奠定基础。
The three-dimensional data measurement, point cloud data processing, curve and surface model of main automotive cooling cap mold sample were reconstructed using three-dimensional solid mold realization methods. The main point cloud data pre-processing mainly researches on aligning, relocation, data simplification and noise reduction. Aiming at the reverse engineering key core technologies such as the quality analysis of the fitting surface, surface patches triming and editing, it conducted in-depth research, and ultimately for the different characteristics of the mold area point cloud features, with the radiator cap mould finishing surface model reconstruction of point cloud data, providing solid basis for achieving mold 3D entity reverse modeling and mold grinding damage area 3D precise modeling.
