晶体源对碱矿渣水泥力学性能的影响

摘要 为改善碱矿渣水泥基材料的脆性,以水玻璃为碱组分的碱矿渣砂浆为对象,研究掺入晶体源Al_2O_3、Al(OH)_3、Ca(OH)_2以及引气剂后碱矿渣砂浆的力学性能。结果表明:掺入Al_2O_3与Al(OH)_3,没有改善碱矿渣砂浆的脆性;掺入Ca(OH)_2的碱矿渣砂浆3 d折压比有较大提高,随龄期延长,折压比有所降低,但仍高于基准碱矿渣砂浆;引气剂与Ca(OH)_2复掺时,对碱矿渣砂浆脆性改善明显,随龄期延长,韧性增加更多;单掺Al(OH)_3与Ca(OH)_2,以及复掺引气剂可以提高碱矿渣水泥水化产物的结晶程度。 In order to improve the brittleness of alkali-activated slag cement based materials, alkaliactivated slag mortar activated by water glass was used to investigate the mechanical properties after incorporation of crystalline source ( Al2O3, Al ( OH ) 3, Ca ( OH ) 2 ) and air entraining admixture. The results show that the incorporation of Al2O3 and Al (OH)3 doesn't improve the brittleness of alkaliactivated slag mortar, and the flexural to compressive strength ratio at 3 d curing age of alkali-activated slag mortar with Ca(OH) 2 increases greatly, following a decrease with the prolongation of curing age, but still higher than the reference alkali-activated slag mortar. When air entraining admixture and Ca(OH)2 were mixed together, brittleness of alkali-activated slag mortar is improved obviously, and with the prolongation of curing age, more toughness of alkali-activated slag mortar improves. The incorporation of single Al (OH)3 and Ca (OH)2, or simultaneously with air entraining agent can improve the degree of crystallization of hydration products of alkali-activated slag cement.
