摘要
本文综述了磷酸型聚羧酸类超塑化剂研究的相关进展,着重介绍了目前具有代表性的磷酸酯型(OPC)与不饱和磷酸型聚羧酸超塑化剂(Ph)的缓凝、降黏机理、其与水泥的相容性,并阐述了运用流变学对比研究掺加普通型聚羧酸超塑化剂(PCE)与Ph对水泥浆体的微观结构的影响。并详细讲述了双酯含量对OPC的分散性能与相容性的影响规律,以及Ph对水泥浆体导电性能与pH的影响规律,最后对磷酸型聚羧酸类超塑化剂的发展前景进行了展望。
The research and recent progresses of phosphate-based polycarboxylate superplasticizer reviewed in this paper, which introduced emphatically viscosity reduction mechanism , the compatibility with cement and performance of organophosphates-based polycarboxylate superplasticizer (OPC) and unsaturation phosphates-based polycarboxylate superplasticizer (Ph). And using the rheology, the comparative study on the influence ordinary polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer (PCE) and Ph on the microstructure of cement paste. The influence of the double ester content on dispersion properties and compatibility of OPC and the influence Ph on electric conductivity and pH are narrated detailedly. Finally, development prospect of phosphate-polycarboxylate superplasticizer was discussed.
