摘要
随着我国酒店业的迅速发展,酒店室内设计业务剧增,但是目前尚未出台酒店室内设计行业较完善的、具有可操作性的综合评价标准。文章从功能分区设计的角度,尝试利用层次分析法的原理和方法,构建"基于功能分区的酒店室内设计评价体系"。在获得酒店各功能区和室内评价指标的权重后,可引入不同的计算办法直观地得到科学化、定量化、严密化地评价不同酒店室内设计方案的优劣,为酒店管理者的决策提供可靠的依据。
The rapid development of the hotel industry in China creates an increasing demand for interior de -sign.However,there is no comprehensive and operational evaluation system for it .This paper,taking the per-spective of functional divisions ,aims to establish an appraisal mechanism by using the theory of AHP model . With the functional divisions and evaluation indexes available ,a multitude of calculation methods can be intro-duced to conduct scientific ,quantitative and sophisticated reviews of hotel interior designs ,which will in turn provide reference for hotel management .
