摘要
文章结合新建本科院校学生管理特点,分析了班助制学生管理模式推行的必要性,并以四川某新建本科学校为例,探讨了试行班助制学生管理模式的现状,以及班助制学生管理模式在试行中存在的问题,并对该模式在新建本科院校中的推广应用提出了建议。
This paper analyzes the necessity of promoting the class assistant mechanism in newly-established u-niversities based on the features of students in these schools .Taking a newly-founded university in Sichuan as an example ,the paper also explores the status quo and problems of this system before putting forward sugges-tions to promote this system in universities that have just been set up .
