摘要
采用文献资料、实地调研、访谈等研究方法,分析了狱警队列技能的内涵和特点;阐述了队列技能获得的四个途径,包括入职前训练,初任培训、队列练兵和晋衔培训;结合培训考核与调研访谈分析现阶段狱警队列训练技能效果相对较差的现实,并针对性提出了对策。
The paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the prison police marching practical skills, using literature materi- al, field investigation, interviews and other research methods. It also states four ways of the practical skills to obtain, including the preservice training, the beginning training, the troop training and the rank promotion training. Combined with training examination and investigation interview it concludes that effect of prison police marching training practical skills at present is relatively poor, putting forward some corresponding countermeasures.
