摘要 用"弹簧-质量块"系统模拟"悬臂梁-颗粒阻尼器"结构的一阶振动模态,建立相应的理论模型.在模型中,将悬臂梁的固有阻尼和颗粒阻尼器产生的阻尼都考虑成振动速度的线性齐次函数.结合实验数据,应用理论模型分析颗粒阻尼器产生的"阻尼比"随颗粒阻尼器填充率的变化规律,发现"阻尼比"随填充率增大先增大后减小,存在一个"阻尼比"的最大值,其对应的填充率即为最优填充率.最优填充率的存在,为颗粒阻尼器的工业生产提供关键性设计参数. The first-order vibration mode of the structure composed of cantilever beam and particle damper is simulated with a "spring-mass block" system and corresponding theoretical model is established. In this model, both the inherent damp of cantilever beam and the damp generated by particle damper are considered as linear homogeneous functions of vibration velocity. Based on a set of test data, the dependence of the damping ratio generated by particle damper on the filling ratio of particle damper is analyzed by using that theoretical model. It is found that the damping ratio increases at first and then decreases with the filling ratio resulting in a maximum of damping ratio. The optimal filling ratio is its corresponding filling ratio, which will provide a key designing parameter for industrial production of particle dampers.
