高交联大孔吸附树脂D101的胺磺酸功能化改性

摘要 通过对市售大孔吸附树脂MAR D101进行氯甲基化改性,再以对氨基苯磺酸(SA)为原料,在氢氧化钠(NaOH)介质中实现对D101的胺磺酸化改性,并采用红外光谱FTIR和比表面积BET测试法分别对D101及其氯甲基化产物D101-Cl和胺磺酸化产物D101-SO-3的结构进行表征,同时对胺磺酸功能化改性工艺条件进行系统考察和优化.得到最佳功能化改性工艺条件为mD101∶mSA∶mDMF∶mNaOH=1∶0.5∶12.7∶0.33,反应温度60℃,反应时间48h,在最佳工艺条件下,制得的胺磺酸化D101中胺磺酸基团的量为1.78mmol/g. After chloromethylation, macroporous adsorption resin D101 was aminesulfonated by using SA in the media of NaOH. The structures of D101 and the products after its chloromethylation D101-Cl and amine sulphoacid modification D101-SO3 were characterized with infrared spectroscopy FTIR and BET method for specific surface measurement. The investigation and optimization of amine sulphoacid modification conditions were performed and obtained. The optimal conditions were as follows: roD101 : msA mDMF:mNaOH=1: 0. 5 : 12. 7: 0. 33,the reaction temperature was 55℃ and the optimal reaction time was 48 h. Under the optimum conditions, the content of amino-sulpho acid groups in the modified D101 was 1.78 mmol/g.
