摘要
为了提高橘皮精油的提取效率,对超声辅助溶剂法提取橘皮精油的工艺进行了优化。以橘皮精油得率为指标,通过单因素试验选择适合的水平,通过正交试验优化提取工艺。优化的提取工艺条件为:浸泡时间40min、超声功率110W,超声时间60min,料液比(g/mL)1:8,在此条件下橘皮精油平均得率可达到2.23%。
In order to improve the extraction efficiency of citrus essential oils, we investigated the optimum extraction condition assisted by ultrasonic. By analyzing citrus essential otis yield, we designed each experimental factors by single experiment,and orthogonal experiments conducted a comprehensive inquiry. The results of the optimization conditions were confirmed as follows: marinating time 40 min, ultrasonic power 110 W, ultrasonic time 60 min, material to solvent ratio 1:8. Under the optimization condition, the average extraction efficiency can reach 2.23%
