摘要 笔者根据微型企业特质对UTAUT模型进行了修正拓展,重新构建了对微型企业行为有重大影响的企业家性格特质变量。实证结果显示:企业家特质、绩效期望、努力期望对微型企业电子商务采用意愿有显著影响,采用意愿进而对采用行为产生重要影响。依据研究结论,笔者提出了相应的政策建议。 E-commerce present opportunities and challenges for businesses, especially for micro-enterprises. This paper extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model in line with the unique characteristics of E-commerce acceptance in micro-enterprises and conducted empirical study based on 467 micro- enterprise survey data. The research results showed that performance expectation, efforts expectation and the per- sonality of owner-managers influenced adoption intention, adoption intention and thus have an important impact on the adoption behavior. Finally, the policy implications have been raised.
