摘要
新生代农民工已经成为我国农民工群体的主力,但由于国家制度、经济、社会关系等客观因素以及自身心理承受能力和社会交往中的行为取向等主观因素的制约,新生代农民工的社会认同受到阻碍,很难融入主流社会。为了帮助新生代农民工更好地融入城市,必须强化政府的主体作用,加速城乡一体化制度创新;落实企业社会责任,为新生代农民工提供发展平台;加强学习培训,引导帮助新生代农民工提高自身素质,多管齐下地促进新生代农民工的社会认同。政府、企业和新生代农民工之间形成合力,是最终解决问题的关键。
The new generation of migrant workers have become the major component of China's migrant labor force, yet due to the constraints of national system, economic and social relations and other objective factors, as well as subjective ones, such as their own mental capacity and behavior orientation in social interaction, the new generation of migrant workers have been hampered from social identity, and find it difficult to integrate into the mainstream society. To help the new generation of migrant workers to better integrate into the urban life, the leading role of the government must be strengthened to accelerate the integration of urban and rural institutions. Corporate social responsibility should be realized to provide development platform for the new generation of migrant workers. The government should strengthen education and training to help and guide the new generation of migrant workers in self-improvement. Joint efforts should be made to promote the social identity of the new generation of migrant workers. The synergy from the government, business and the new generation of migrant workers is the key to the ultimate solution to the problem.
