摘要
IE是一门非常有前景的学科,也是实践性很强的应用技术,因此进行实验教学课程体系改革,建设好实验室对于培养复合型专业人才至关重要。教学模型在工程实践训练中的应用,在一定程度上可以帮助学生学习工艺知识,增加对工程实践的理解。探讨了教学模型的作用,设计综合性教学模型,开发了多种教学实验,应用于天津理工大学工业工程专业"实验室实习"课程,完成了以教学模型为研究对象的面向大规模定制产品生产计划软件的编程工作。
IE is a promising discipline . It is the practical application technology . Thus reforming the experimental teaching course system and constructing of laboratory are important to cultivate professional talents .The application of teaching models in the engineering practice training ,to a certain extent ,can help students better learn process knowledge and deepen the understanding of engineering practice . This paper studies the teaching models’ development .It designs the teaching model with simple mechanical structure .It develops a variety of teaching experiments and designs the experiment report .It has been used in the industrial engineering curriculum of laboratory practice .The study has completed the teaching model oriented to mass customization product as the research object of the preparation of software design and implementation of production plan .
