摘要
采用磁控溅射和真空热蒸镀方法制备薄膜太阳能电池并测试其光伏性能,使学生了解薄膜太阳能电池的结构及制备工艺,熟悉Keithley半导体测试仪的使用方法,绘制薄膜太阳能电池的电流电压曲线,计算薄膜太阳能电池的各项性能参数,通过对薄膜太阳能电池中每一层薄膜的制备和功能的分析,理解薄膜太阳能电池的结构和工作原理,并运用于工艺实验环节,着力提升学生的创新实践能力。
Thin-film solar photovoltaic devices are fabricated by the method of magnetron sputtering and vacuum thermal evaporation ,and then are tested by Keithley semiconductor source . Participation in the experiment can help students to comprehend the structures and the fabrication of thin-film solar photovoltaic devices ,the use of the semiconductor source ,and also learn how to plot the current-drive curves and calculate the performance parameters .Through preparation and analysis of each functional layer of photovoltaic devices , it is beneficial for students to fully understand the structures and the working mechanism and then apply them back to the preparation . The experiments are committed to enhance the practical and innovative ability of students .
