摘要
通过瓦斯与煤自燃并存条件下工作面发火的多场耦合机理和多场作用防治理论分析,并在1046综放工作面现场实践,建立了立体化瓦斯抽采、"抽—注"一体化灌注高倍数多相泡沫、目标注惰和有机固化泡沫充填封堵的"四位一体"防灭火技术体系,保证了隅角处瓦斯体积分数在0.5%以下,CO浓度不高于0.0024%,回风流中瓦斯体积分数在0.1%以下,CO浓度不高于0.0003%,架后20m以深的采空区氧气浓度维持在10%以下,为瓦斯与煤自燃复合灾害的防治提供了技术经验。
Based on multi -field coupling mechanism and multi -field effect prevention theory of working face fire hazardswith gas coexisting with coal spontaneous combustion, a fire preventing and extinguishing system integrating four technologywas established, comprising gas drainage, integrated "drainage - injection" of high degree muhi - phase foam, inert foaminjection and organic solidified foam filling, which ensures the volume fraction of CH4 lower than 0. 5% and CO not over0. 0024% in upper corner, CH4 lower than 0. 1% and CO not over 0. 0003% in the return air, and oxygen concentrationwas maintained below 10% 20m deeper in goaf from support.
