摘要
本文首先回顾了二十世纪中国造纸工业的重大变化 ,然后指出了造纸工业在发达国家的重要地位 ,最后提出了抓住加入WTO的有利机遇 ,如何迎击种种激烈挑战的措施。
At first,the changes of Chinese paper industry in 20' century were introduced in this paper.Then it points out that the thriving of the paper industry is one of the important distinguishing marks in every developed courtry.At last,it proposes the tactics to developing Chinese paper industry while gripping the opportunity of acceding to WTO.
