摘要
以氨基丙二酸二乙酯、硫脲、碘丙烷等为原料,经保护、环合、烷基化反应合成标题化合物。标题化合物经1HNMR、13CNMR确证化学结构,总产率达51.4%。为标题化合物的工业化生产提供了一条较为合理的工艺路线,也为替卡格雷生产提供合格的原料。
To synthesize intermediate of clopidogrel 4,6-di- choloro-5-amino-2-propyhhiopyrimidine. 4, 6-Dicholoro-5-a- mino-2-propyhhiopyrimidine was synthesized using amino malonie acid diethylester,thiourea and iodopropane as materials by protective reaction, nucleophilic substitution reaction and etc. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by 1HNMR,13 CNMR and etc. The overall yield of title compound was 51.4%. This work provided a more reasonable route for the production process of 4,6-dicholoro-5-amino-2-propyhhio- pyrimidinc.
