摘要
以4-硝基邻苯二甲酸(H2L)为有机配体,咪唑(Him)为第二配体合成了结构新颖的一维链状Cu聚合物:1∞{[Cu(Him)(H2O)L]·0.5H2O}。采用X-射线单晶衍射测定了它的结构,显示标题聚合物属于单斜晶系,空间群P2/n,晶胞参数为a=11.565(2),b=7.321(2),c=16.194(3),β=103.70(3)°,V=1 332.0(5)3,Z=2,C11H10CuN3O7.5,Mr=735.52,Dc=1.834 g/cm3,F(000)=744。3 039个独立衍射点中2 638个满足F2o≥2σ(F2o),最终残差因子R1和wR2分别为0.030 1和0.082 9。结构单元中,该链状Cu聚合物首先通过O—H…O氢键形成一维双链和二维层,层与层之间进一步相互穿插,通过芳环堆积作用形成三维超分子网络结构。
A novel one-dimensional chain coordination polymer:∞^{ [ Cu(Him) (H2O) L3.0. 5H2O} has been synthesized by using the 4-nitrophthalic acid(H2L) and imidazole (Him) as ligands. The structure was confirmed by X-ray sin- gle-crystal diffraction. It belongs to the monoclinic crystal, P2/n space group with a = 11. 565 ( 2 ) A, b = 7. 321 ( 2 ) A,c = 16. 194(3)A,/3 = 103.70(3) ~, V = 1 332.0(5) A3,Z = 2,C11 Hto CuN3075,M, = 735.52, Dc = 1.834 g. em-3, F(000) =744,the final Rl =0. 030 1 and wR2 =0.082 9 for 2 638 observed reflections with F2o I〉 20"( F2o ) out of 3 039 unique reflections. The ehains are assembled into 2D layers via 0-H- 0 hydrogen bonds interactions. Furthermore, the adjacent 2D layers embed into each other to form a 3D supramolecular network due to the face-to-face stacking interactions.
