摘要
为了研究一年生牧草的遗传多样性,试验以17份叶用稗种质资源为材料,采用Excel和SPSS/PC软件对其数量性状相关性进行分析研究。结果表明:变异系数的分布范围很广,在7.39%~25.71%之间。小穗一级分枝数与穗长、穗宽呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01),稳重与稳宽、小穗一级分枝数呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01),穗重和穗宽与穗长呈显著正相关(P〈0.05);但穗宽与叶长呈极显著负相关(P〈0.01),穗重与植株高度呈极显著负相关(P〈0.01)。说明在新品种选育时可以利用外部性状的相关性同时获得几个性状都优良的新品种。
To study on the genetic diversity of annual forage grass,17 germplasm resources of barnyard grass leaves were used as the materials,and the correlations of quantitative traits were analyzed using the softwares Excel and SPSS /PC. The results showed that the coefficients of variation were from 7. 39% to 25. 71%,showing a wide distribution range. The number of primary branches in the spikelets had highly significant positive correlations( P < 0. 01) with the spike length and spike width; the spike weight had highly significant positive correlations( P < 0. 01)with the spike width and the number of primary branches in the spikelets; the spike weight had significant positive correlations( P < 0. 05) with the spike width and spike length. But the spike width had a highly significant negative correlation( P < 0. 01) with the leaf length,and the spike weight had a highly significant negative correlation( P < 0. 01) with the plant height. The results indicate that the correlations of external traits can be used to obtain new varieties with several excellent traits when breeding new varieties.
