摘要
分析了电机中极槽配合与电机可靠性的关系。结合样机建立了永磁直流力矩电动机的有限元模型,并对气隙磁密和片间电压进行了讨论,通过仿真分析得出了设计中如何选择换向片数量的方法。最后通过对样机的测试以及和仿真结果的对比证明了该方法的有效性。
The relationships between the pole-slot matching and the reliability in permanent magnet DC torque motor were discussed.And a simulation model was established by using the finite element method.The air gap magnetic density and voltage of bar to bar were analysised.The author gives some advices that how to choose the number of commutator bars per pole.By comparing simulated result and test result,the validity of the conclution was proved.
