摘要
为满足多型号、高密度发射、创新提效,以及减少质量问题发生的需要,对上海航天技术研究院(八院)的现场管理模式进行了探索。分析了加强现场管理的必要性和现场管理模式。选取试点车间对标中质协《现场管理星级评价标准》,总结经验、提炼精华,最终形成对现场管理系统性的要求《八院现场管理手册(试行)》,以逐步建立规范有效、适应八院发展的先进现场管理长效机制。
To meet the requirement of multi-product development and high density launch, innovation and efficiency improving, and reducing the quality problem, the site management mode of Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology （SAST） was explored in this paper. The necessity to enhance the field management and field management mode were analyzed. The two pilot workshops were selected to benchmarking site management star international evaluation standard of China Association for Quality. The field management manual of SAST （trial version） was formed after the experience gained to create the specification and effective long-term advancing mechanic which was suitable to the development of SAST.
