通过实施中间包塞棒控制、全保护浇注工艺、二冷气雾冷却以及二冷水质提升等设备改造技术,提高了带钢坯连铸机的设备装备水平及钢水质量控制能力,有效提升了铸坯质量。
Through the implementation of tundish stopper rod control , full protection casting process , secondary cold of the mist cooling and cooling water quality improvement of two technical transformation of equipment , improve equipment level and the molten steel quality control with billet continuous casting machine , effectively improving the quality of casting billet .
