摘要
目的:探讨血管内支架置入术治疗上腔静脉综合征的护理措施。方法:对11例行血管内支架置入术的上腔静脉综合征患者加强围术期护理,术前做好心理护理和手术准备,术后观察患者的心肺功能以及有无出血情况并防止血栓形成等。结果:11例患者经成功置入血管内支架和围术期的护理,症状体征明显改善,无并发症。结论:血管内支架置入治疗肿瘤合并上腔静脉综合征是一种有效的姑息治疗方法,对缓解症状有明显的效果。加强围术期的护理,有助于患者病情改善,提高生存质量。
Objective： To evaluate the nursing of treatment snperior vena cava syndrome by endovascular stent placement. Methods： 11 cases of snperior vena cava syndrome by endovascular stent placement be enhanced perioperative care , maked well psychology care and preparation before opration. Thefunction of heart and lung, hemorrhage and prevention thrombosis be observed after opration. Results： 11 cases of patients improved sympatom, without implication after endovascular stent placement and perioperative care. Conclustion： Enhancement of periooperative care can improve symptom and quality of live.
