摘要
目的:探讨针药结合治疗血管性痴呆的临床效果,以进一步指导临床。方法:选取我院2010年1月～2013年12月收治入院的瘀血内阻型血管性痴呆患者68例,按照随机对照的原则,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组34例患者给予口服中药汤剂通窍活血汤加减进行治疗,而观察组在对照组的基础上给予针刺进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果以及根据简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)测评两组的认知功能情况。结果:观察组的临床效果明显高于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的MMSE评分明显高于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药联合治疗血管性痴呆效果较好,能够明显改善患者的症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with medication in the treatment of vascular dementia, to guide clinical. Methods： 68 patients with blood stasis type of vascular dementia in our hospital from 2010 January to 2013 December admitted to hospital patients, according to the principle of randomized controlled, the patients were divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 34 cases in each group, 34 cases in the control group were treated with oral Chinese medicine decoction Tongqiao blood activating decoction treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the given acupuncture treatment, observe the clinical effect of two groups and according to the mini mental state examination （MMSE）scale cognitive function assessment in two groups. Results： The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia is good, can significantly improve the symptoms of patients, is worthy of clinical application.
