摘要
用定性和定量结合的方法分析洛阳市旅游投资环境现状。首先从自然、经济、政治、法律和社会环境角度对洛阳旅游投资现状进行定性分析;其次,利用AHP层次分析法定量分析总结洛阳旅游投资环境总体状况并指出存在的问题。针对存在的问题,提出洛阳优化旅游投资环境的四大途径:政府职能要加快转变,提高效率;完善旅游设施的建设,软硬兼顾;重视旅游人才的建设,提高质量;整合特色旅游资源,打造品牌。
This paper studied the situation of tourism investing environment in Luoyang by applying the method of combining qualitative with quantitative analysis. First of all, the article made a qualitative analysis of the status quo of the investing environment in Luoyang from the perspective of nature, economy, politics, legality and social environment; then it summed up the situation of the tourism investing environment in Luoyang by using AHP for quantitative analysis and pointed out the existing problems. In regard to the above problems, it proposed four ways to optimize the tourism investing environment in Luoyang, namely： Accelerate the transmission of government functions, improve the efficiency, complete the construction of tourist facihties, ensure the consideration of soft and hard infrastructures; pay due attention to training the tourism professionals, upgrade the service quality; reform and integrate the tourism resources and build the excellent brands.
