摘要
基于江苏落实创新驱动发展战略的发展背景,本文剖析了当前科技金融宏观政策环境方面的不足,提出应充分发挥政府对科技金融市场的引导、扶持、服务和监管等职能,以政府为主导促进科技金融平台的建设。
Based on the background of Innovation-driven strategy of Jiangsu, this dissertation analysis thee defects in the environment of today＇ s technology finance, and point out that the local government should strengthen the function which guiding, servicing, supplementary and supervision to the market of technology finance, in order to creat the platform the technology finance as the leading role.
