摘要
人口老龄化使得长期护理服务需求迅速增长,"十二五"期间我国积极探索建立针对老年、慢性病、临终关怀患者的长期医疗护理服务模式。长期护理事业的发展,给护理人才培养带来了巨大的机遇和挑战。为了培养更多高素质的长期护理服务人才,建议采取深化护理教育改革、加强长期护理人才的专业化培养、建立完善的人才培养体系、制定切实可行的人才培养目标和课程计划、加强实践教学等措施。
In order to solve the problem of aging population and meet the needs tbr long-term care service, our country is positively exploring and building a long-term care service system during the "12th five-year plan" directing at the old people and people who have chronic diseases and need hospice care. The development of long-term care service brings about both opportunities and challenges for long-term care talents. Under this circumstance, this paper puts forward such suggestions as deepening the reform of nursing education, reinforcing long-term care talent cultivation, building sound talent cultivation system, formulating feasible talent cultivation objective and curriculum plan, strengthening practical teaching and so on for the purpose of cultivating more and more high-qualified long-term care talents.
