摘要
针对球磨机耐磨衬板不耐磨进行原因分析,通过对耐磨衬板的成分研究及铸造工艺研究,并通过2010年至2011年的使用工况检验,降低了球磨机耐磨衬板的磨耗,提高了球磨机耐磨衬板的使用寿命。
This paper gives the analysis of the causes that unresisting to abrasion of the abrasion abrasion lining board of mill. Through the study of composition and Casting process of abrasion resistant lining board, and checking up the condition of service from 2010 to 2011, reducing the wear abrasion of mill liner, and increasing the service life of wear liner of ball mill.
