某硫铁矿浅埋巷道爆破振动实例分析

摘要 以某硫铁矿浅埋巷道工程为例,进行开挖爆破的地表振动效应试验。通过测量开挖爆破引起的不同位置处的地表振动速度波形,研究地表振动特性及其变化规律。结果表明,测得的测点的垂直振动速度可信度满足测试要求,所测得的垂直速度值均小于GB6722—2011规定的允许振速0.5 cm/s;浅埋巷道开挖区将造成掘进爆破产生的地表振动质点振动速度具有方向效应,水平方向振速小于垂直方向振动速度;爆破场地的地形高差变化较大时,传统的萨道夫斯基爆破振动经验公式分析结果不够理想,应考虑高差效应给地表振速带来的影响。 Taking the project of shallow tunnel as the background, the vibration effects field experiments of the ground in tunneling blasting had been done. Based on the measurement of the waveforms of the vibration velocity in different distances away from the tunneling blasting sources on the ground,the vibration characteristic of the ground and its varying laws were studied. The results of the tests and analysis showed that credibility of the vertical vibration velocity of tested station met the test requirements, and the tested vertical speed was less than the allowed vibration velocity(Vs=3.5 cm/s) in national security blasting standards GB 6722—2011; Shallow tunnel excavation area would cause vibration velocity of surface vibration particle brought by excavation blasting had orientation effects, and the vibration velocity of horizontal was significantly less than the vertical; If the terrain elevation variation of blasting area was large, the analysis results of traditional Sadove's blasting vibration formula were not satisfied. Therefore, the affect on surface vibration speed caused by elevation effect must take into consideration.
