摘要
在建设项目开工建设之前都要进行概预算及招投标,来检验施工单位的建设资质,保证建筑工程项目的顺利完成。文章从建筑工程项目概预算与工程量清单报价的关系出发,对两者进行比较分析,以便更好的处理投标人与招标人之间的利益关系,促进建筑工程项目的顺利完工。
Before the beginning of the construction for the project, we should take budget and bidding to test the construction qualification of the construction unit. As a result, the building project can be successfully completed. The particle tried to make a comparison between the budget and hst quotation of the building project based on the relationship of them.
