摘要
农村初中因受片面追求升学率影响 ,造成辍学学生偏多和忽视对学生能力培养的现状。为全面推进素质教育 ,培养农村急需的各类人才 ,切实解决初中教育的普及性与学生个体差异性的矛盾和初中教育内容的基础性与教育任务多重性的矛盾 ,在农村初中实施分类指导 。
The country junior middle school losses a lot of students and neglects the cultioation of students' ability as a result of the one-sided evaluation by the students' enrollment of senior middle schools. In order to premote quatity education, twrn out educated personnds urgent needed in the country side and solve the problems in such aspects as the populomization of junior middle school education in contradiction to the variation of individual students and the elemental featme in contradiction to the multiplicity of education etc, the only way out would be classification guidance and education to the student's aptitude.
