双侧旁中央动脉软脑膜动静脉瘘1例报道并文献复习
摘要
目的探讨软脑膜动静脉瘘(pAVF)的病因、发病机制和临床特点。方法回顾性分析1例双侧旁中央动脉pAVF患者的临床资料,结合国内外文献进行总结。结果 pAVF病因包括先天性、外伤性和医源性,临床上可表现为颅内出血、癫、头痛和局灶性神经系统症状等,诊断主要依据血管造影,是不同于硬脑膜动静脉瘘和其他脑血管畸形的一类脑血管疾病。结论 pAVF是一类罕见的脑血管疾病,表现形式多样,在临床上要予以区别诊断。
