摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对三踝骨折的检查和后处理方法及临床应用价值。方法 27例行常规X线摄影及MSCT扫描,并对CT图像薄层重建后进行矢、冠状位多平面重建(MPR)及3D成像,然后进行观察、分析CT表现,并与X线片对照。结果 MSCT检查能准确显示骨折的部位、严重程度及关节有无脱位等,同时还可以清晰显示软组织损伤情况,明显优于X线片检查。结论 MSCT在三踝骨折的检查诊断中有非常高的应用价值,能够为临床医生制定手术方案提供全面、准确的依据。
Objective To analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） post-treatment in diagnosis of ankle injuries. Methods MSCT scanning and X-ray photography were performed in 27 patients with ankle injuries. Coronal curve MPR, sagittal MPR and 3D imaging were analyzed after image lamellar reconstruction. CT images were observed and analyzed and compared with X-ray images. Results MSCT could accurately display ankle injuries parts, the severity of the fracture and dislocation of joints, and it could clearly displayed soft tissue injuries ,which was obviously superior to conventional X-rays. Conclusion MSCT has a very high application value in diagnosis of trimalleolar fracture, and can provide a comprehensive and accurate scientific basis for surgery.
