摘要
以"三级预防"思想为指导,从一级预防,术前检查,排除隐患;二级预防,血栓前状态预防,未病先防;三级预防,术后防治等多方面探讨骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓的防治策略,以期在今后的临床研究中不断丰富三级预防思想的内涵,为提升患者健康做出应有的贡献。
The prevention strategies for deep venous thrombosis （DVT） patients after orthopedic surgery were explored from the aspects of taking the thinking of＆quot;tertiary prevention＆quot;as the direction, primary prevention, preop-erative examination, removing the hidden dangers;secondary prevention, preventing prethrombotic state, prevention before disease;tertiary prevention, postoperative prevention, in order to replenish the contents of tertiary prevention in further studies, make the contribution for improving the health of the patients.
