介绍了化工小工件半自动荧光渗透检测线制造原因、系统组成、各工序工艺要求、适用检测对象等。重点介绍了各功能槽的结构和工艺要求。通过实践,验证了该检测线检测效率高、操作简单、结构合理、运行稳定可靠。
This paper introduced the manufacturing purpose, system composition, technological requirements, object detectable, etc. of small chemical workpiece＇s semi - automatic fluorescence penetrant test line. The structure and technological requirements of functional slot. were emphasized.
