随着高校发展的客观要求 ,图书馆为读者服务的深度和广度应不断加强。高校图书馆的工作人员要开展参与式服务 ,努力开发信息资源 ,不断提高自身的业务水平和科学研究能力。图书馆员与读者之间知识互补、共同提高 。
The development of colleges and universities requests that libraries serve readers better.Librarians in colleges and universities should serve by participating,endeavour to develop information resources and continually improve their own professional level and research ability.Librarians and readers help each other in knowledge,improve together and promote the realization of colleges and universities starting new projects.\;
