摘要
对扁平接链环的功能以及失效的主要原因进行了分析,使用有限元分析软件对梯齿形扁平接链环的模型进行分析,根据目前的应用状况选用最常用的扁平接链环来做动态疲劳测试验。通过对扁平接链环的疲劳断裂原因进行分析得到了整个疲劳演变的全部过程。
This paper first analyzed the main function and the failure reasons of the flat type connector units. Then we analyzed the model of trapezoidal teeth flat type connector unit by simulation software. We also did dynamic fatigue electric test on the connection unit, which is commonly used in the current situation. The whole fatigue process has been observed by the analyses of the reasons of the fatigue cracks.
