摘要
煤矿提升机主轴断裂可造成设备事故,结合某矿发生提升机主轴断裂事故,以含纵向裂纹煤矿提升机主轴为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS找出主轴轴心和表面附近应力分布情况。同时还利用ANSYS中的工具对裂纹尖端和三维裂纹进行弯曲受力分析,为预防提升机主轴断裂提供有利依据。
Mine hoist shaft fault may cause the accident of the equipment. Therefore, combined with the fracture accident of mine main hoist shaft, take the mine hoist shaft with crack as the research object. With finite element analysis software ANSYS to find out the shaft axis and near the surface stress distribution. At the same time, this paper also use the tools in ANSYS to the crack tip and the 3D crack bending stress analysis, which provides basis for the prevention of hoist shaft fracture.
