摘要
为了保证临床护理教学质量,通过文献检索,在分析借鉴的基础上建立了病区护理教学质量评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法对23名护理专家进行3轮函询,听取专家意见和建议,最终确立了包含4项一级指标和20项二级指标的病区护理教学质量评价指标体系,希望评价指标体系的采用能促进临床护理教学质量的持续改进和提高.
In order to ensure the quality of nursing students' clinical teaching, a ward teaching quality evaluation index system is established based on literature retrieval and experience. Delphi method is used to make three rounds enquiry of 23 nursing experts, and to listen to expert opinion and the suggestion. The positive coefficient of three rounds of expert consultation were〉95%, variation coefficient of primary and secondary indicators 〈 0. 2000 and the mean importance assignment all 〉4.00, having statistical significance. Finally, the system contains 4 first-level indexes and 20 secondary indexes of ward teaching quality evaluation.
