摘要
目的探讨高等中医药院校研究生学术职业预期的影响因素。方法选取北京中医药大学2013级毕业班研究生为样本,对当前中医药院校研究生的学术职业预期进行Logistic回归分析。结果研究生就读动机和研究生期间发表学术论文是影响研究生学术职业预期的主要因素。结论应从动态视角培养研究生对学术职业的持久兴趣和加强研究生的职业规划教育。
Objective To investigate the factors influencing on academic career expectations of postgraduates＇ in TCM colleges and universities. Methods The postgraduates of graduation class of 2013 grade were chosen as samples, and given Logistic regression analysis on their academic career expectations. Results The learning motivation and academic articles published during postgraduate study were mainly factors influencing on their academic career expectations. Conclusion Postgraduates＇ durable interests should be developed and career planning education should be improved from a dynamic angle.
