生态脆弱区耕地健康诊断体系构建及评价实践 被引量:12

摘要 生态脆弱区耕地健康状况对保障当地农民生活、维护区域乃至更大范围的生态安全具有重要价值。文中基于已有的耕地健康研究成果,结合生态脆弱区的实际特征,集成耕地质量目标、耕地产能目标、土壤环境目标及耕地系统能量流,构建了由耕地健康模糊评价体系与耕地能值指数修正体系构成的耕地健康诊断体系,并建立了耕地健康综合评价模型,在此基础上,以丰宁县大滩镇等7个乡镇为例,进行了生态脆弱区耕地健康评价实践。结果显示:研究区域耕地健康综合指数在0.233-0.548之间,耕地健康状况较差,该区域耕地水土流失、土壤沙化对耕地健康状况的限制作用显著;而对于耕地健康状况为病态(5级),应转变土地利用方式,实施退耕还林或还草。研究表明,建立的耕地健康诊断体系与评价模型科学可行,可为开展生态脆弱区耕地健康评价,探究影响耕地健康的关键因素,实施科学调控提供借鉴。 The health status of cultivated land is the foundation to guarantee the lives of local farmers and maintain the ecological safety of regional and wider range, and is of great practical significance. Based on the existing research achievement of the cultivated land health, combined with the actual characteristics of the ecologically fragile region, we developed the diagnosis system with cultivated land quality objectives, the cultivated productivity capacity objectives, the soil environmental objectives and the emergy of cultivated land system, and estabished the integrated evaluation model for cultivated land health with the emergy index evaluation and the multi - level fuzzy evaluation method. On this basis, assessment of the cultivated land health in ecological fragile region was conducted, Datan Town etc. 7 townships in Fengning County was selected for this case study. The evaluation results show that a composite index of cultivated land health was from 0.233 to 0. 548, the whole status of cultivated land health was bad in this study area. The restrictions of soil erosion and soil desertification were such significant on the health status of cultivated land, the measures of changing land use patterns, returning farmland to forests or grasslands should be developed in the area of morbid (5 grade) cultivated land. This study indicate that the cultivated land health diagnosis index system and evaluation model are scientific and feasible, this study can provide the reference for assessing cultivated land health in ecological fragile region, and exploring the key impact factors, providing the regulation policy of cultivated land health.
