摘要
目的:探讨PBL与LBL相结合的教学方法在《社区护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法将42名护理学专业大专生随机分为对照组和实验组各21名,对照组采用传统LBL的教学方法,实验组采用PBL与LBL相结合的教学方法,比较两组教学效果。结果两组学生理论知识掌握程度比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);在灵活应用理论知识解决社区护理问题的能力上实验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);问卷调查显示实验组在培养学生学习兴趣、灵活思维能力方面优于对照组( P<0.05)。结论将PBL与LBL相结合教学方法应用于《社区护理学》教学中,能够将两种教学方法的优势互补,提高学生学习兴趣,促进知识掌握,培养沟通及分析、解决问题的能力。
Objective To explore application effect of the teaching method of PBL combined with LBL in the teaching of communi -ty nursing.Methods A total of 42 student nurses were divided into control group and experimental group with 21 cases in each group.And in thecontrol group the teaching methods traditional LBL was adopted , while in theexperimental group teaching method of PBL combined with LBL was adopted .The teaching effects were compared between two groups .Results There was no difference in the theory of knowledge mastering between two groups;but in flexible application theory knowledge to solve community nursing problem ability had a certain differ -ences.The questionnaire investigation shows that in the experimental group training thestudy interest and flexible thinking ability were better than those in the control group.Conclusions The method of PBL combined with LBL is used in the teaching of community nursing , they have complementary advantages , can improve thestudy interest , promote knowledge mastering , train the abilities of communication , analyze and solve problems .
