摘要
以广东粤电云河发电有限公司两台300 MW机组为研究对象,针对其存在的高压缸排汽参数较设计值偏高的情况进行研究分析。经检查确认后发现原因为高压缸进汽导管密封环安装反向,调整后高压缸效率有了显著提高,高压缸排汽参数也得到明显下降。
This paper takes two units of 300MW in Guangdong Yudian Yunhe Power Station Co., Ltd as the object of study on, to find the reasons which cause the high pressure cylinder exhaust steam parameters higher than the design value. The reason is that the high pressure cylinder inlet conduit seal ring installed in reverse. After adjustment, the efficiency of high pressure cylinder has been significantly improved and the high pressure cylinder exhaust parameters are significantly decreased.
