摘要
日本的森林文化是日本文化的重要背景，对日本建筑师的空间创作有着潜移默化的影响。当代很多日本建筑师所创作的很多空间都有着森林文化的缩影，不确定性、匀质、暧昧、连续等词经常用来形容当代日本空间，而以森林文化为积淀的“森林空间”其实包含了上述的种种特性，也很可能是这些空间的原型。森林文化依托“森林空间”所表现的平等与循环往复的思想也可以被理解为很多建筑师所追求的最终空间精神状态与境界，这可以成为我们理解当代日本建筑空间的一个视角。
The forest culture is the important background of Japanese culture and make subtle influence to space creation of Japanese architects. Much creative space of Japanese architectshas the feeling of forest culture, uncertainty uniformity ambiguity and continuity are oftenused to describe contemporary Japanese space while ＂forest spaee＂based on forest cultureactually contains all the mentioned features above and maybe it is the prototype of these space. The equality and circumference of forest culture expressed by＂forest space＇can be understoodas the pursuit of ultimate mental state for many architects. This could be a new perspective for us to understand Japanese space.
