摘要
农业文化创意产业是农业多功能性开发的新型业态,是实现农民增收的农业发展新模式。在分析北京市大兴区农业文化创意产业发展现状的基础上,发现北京市大兴区农业文化创意产业发展存在市场信息传递效率较低、配套设施缺位、高人工成本制约产业发展、部分农民采用新技术积极性低等问题,提出农业文化创意产业是发展都市型现代农业的重要途径,应突出当地的比较优势,重视"回访率",重视品牌创意的集聚效应等建议。
Cultural and creative agriculture, as a new form of expanding the multi-functionality of agriculture, is a new model to increase the farmers' income. Based on the analyses of the current development of cultural and creative agriculture in Daxing district, we found some problems existing in this district including low efficiency in market information transmission, absence of corresponding facilities, high labor cost limiting the industry development and low enthusiasm in using new technology among some farmers. Then the paper proposed many measures for development, such as developing cultural and creative agriculture is a significant way to develop urban modern agriculture, extending the local comparative advantage, holding on the rate of return visits and attaching great importance to the agglomeration effect of brand creativity.
